Good hearing from you! I've been doing alot of gardening and cleaning out closets, and the house in general this vacation and found on the "track fitness" browse tab...housework is a category you can account for the amount of time you have been doing light, medium or heavy cleaning, gardening, etc and it will track to your spark exercise points. so all your hard work hasn't been in vain ;o) ! I've hit a plateau although my weigh in day is Tuesday I looked today and the scale hasn't budged...and with all the exercise I was expecting SOMETHING by this point but nada---so I'm discouraged. That plus going out to the only 2 area restaurants nearby with very very few healthy options...I've been eating the same 2 things for lunch since I joined SP on 6/23 and have about had it. I think I'm going to eat before we go and then just have a salad there and bring my own dressing as they only have full calorie salad dressings. Oh well... So have a good Monday and hope you get to rest a bit this week compared to the busy week you had last. Take care~~ ro 2837 days ago

I thank you also for the lovely comments you left on my blog about how my weight loss helped my health issues. Sawyou also had acid reflux - not nice. TIP: cut out all white foods, including cereal, milk, pasta, rice, bread (gluten) and biscuits etc etc and eat mainly fruit, nuts, veggies and meat.
try this for a couple of weeks and SEE the difference.
