REWARDS:
I used the reward sytem for the first 30ish pounds that I lost in 2010 (went from 178 to 144) but this time around, for the last 30ish pounds I'm aiming to lose, I'm not setting rewards. My real reward will be gaining the body I want and getting fit and healthy. Obviously when I hit GW I will need to go shopping...and I figure that is reward enough! c:

LOL, I just saw your comment on my page. :) We are going to do the Iron Girl November 11th, Sunday, as the next rally. I don't know if you want to walk it, but keep in mind that since everyone kinda goes at their own pace most of the rally part of it is cnonecting before and after the race--- which is FREE! LOL! You don't need to sign up to race to come hang out.

It would be super cool to see you!

You came back just in time! :) Now is the perfect time to build your healthy habits back slowly and avoid gaining (probably lose a bit) of weight during the holidays!
