Bernadette's last diet

I actually started this diet one month ago. I've lost about ten pounds. My goal is to lose 29 and then to maintain that weight. That will be the real challenge - keeping it off.

My real challenge is building an exercise program that I want to stick with. I've never really liked to exercise!
