I have always been the 'bigger' kid. However I know that I will never be tiny, my real goal is to feel confortable and be healthy. I have watched my father go through massive surgery and stay really healthy. I want to be around awhile and want to feel good while doing it.

The picture is my little cousin Sophia, and I just love her. It reminds me of how I want to be healthy and energized when I eventually have kids.

I love to travel and I want to do more traveling ...

p.s. you logging just one more day will make you win the challenge, because I only have 2 days left, didn't work out yesterday because I got sick again. I'm gonna walk later today though!!

so this week has kinda sucked for me in terms of eating and exercising. But I had gotten in the habit of eating such small portions and healthy, that even eating "unhealthy" ended up not being to bad. I didn't even log my calories for a few days.

Anyway!!! here is to a better next week!!

Oh and lets extend the challenge. the next 3 weeks, I exercise 3 days a week, you log (no matter how bad food is) 3 times a week.

YEAH!!

p.s. don't get to discouraged. Food is a big part of weight loss and it may take at least a few weeks to start breaking habits that have formed over years. And just start being aware of portion sizes. Baby steps my dear.

I have decided that if we were to morph our healthy habits together we would lose weight so much easier. My food awareness combined with your exercise... we would conquer the world. the diet world.

Challenge: You log everything you eat for three days this week and I exercise for 30 minutes 3 days this week.
