so this week has kinda sucked for me in terms of eating and exercising. But I had gotten in the habit of eating such small portions and healthy, that even eating "unhealthy" ended up not being to bad. I didn't even log my calories for a few days.
Anyway!!! here is to a better next week!!
Oh and lets extend the challenge. the next 3 weeks, I exercise 3 days a week, you log (no matter how bad food is) 3 times a week.
p.s. don't get to discouraged. Food is a big part of weight loss and it may take at least a few weeks to start breaking habits that have formed over years. And just start being aware of portion sizes. Baby steps my dear.
I have decided that if we were to morph our healthy habits together we would lose weight so much easier. My food awareness combined with your exercise... we would conquer the world. the diet world.
