My Goals:
My goal is to bring my BMI down to 25 (or a little below!)

My Program:
I am keeping a food log My calorie goal is to cut out 200-250 calories per day in order to lose 1/2 lb. per week. I have ordered new exercise weights and a video, "Firming over 50." I do plan to get in at least 10 minutes of exercise daily, to begin with!

Personal Information:
I live in Middle Tennessee. I am 75 years old and I have four children, two granddaughters, & two great-granddaughters. I am a widow and I live happply with my cats...but I won't tell you how many cats I have. You might think I am a nut!

Other Information:
I am a devoted Catholic, avid reader, and play the piano and organ. Usually on weekends, I play for three Masses unless the guitar group takes pity on me and decides to give me a break. At present, I work for my church as parish secretary and, although my kids ask me when I'm quitting, I have no plans to do so!!!.

Laugh too much, smile too much, sing too loud, take too many pictures, forgive freely and love like you've never been hurt. Enjoy your life and remember, every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

If you live your life being happy, you'll have no regrets and once will be enough. Today has a miracle in it for you, hope you can recognize it.
