My name is Emily. I have been married for 10 years and have 3 beautiful girls. My oldest is Chloe, who is 6, Gracie is 3 1/2, and Julia is 1. Chloe is in 1st grade this year, and I stay home with my younger two. We live in Northeastern PA, and enjoy hiking (but don't do it often enough), love spending time with our girls, and like to travel with our family (recent trips include daytrips to New York City & Philadelphia, and weeklong trips to see our family in Texas) My husband & I were born ...

My New Year's Resolutions are to:
-Exercise 5 days a week
-Eat more fruit & veggies
-Don't eat fast food as much
-Be active even when it's cold outside
I don't have any specific weight goal, but I know as long as I keep exercising and eating better, the weight will slowly, but surely continue to come off. So, I'm going to make my resolutions be about what I CAN CONTROL, and the weight will follow along.

He obviously was not talking about weight loss, but this quote is still motivational to me. Give us the right tools and we can do anything!!!

My Goals:
I'd like to lose a total of about 100 pounds in all.

Mini goals.
I'd like to be 250 by 1/20/09

I'd like to be there by 3/31/09

My goal for 2009 is to be out of the 200's by the end of this year!!!!

My Program:
I try to limit my portion sizes, and try to exercise 5 days a week. My main form of exercise (at least right now, since it's winter in PA) is exercise DVDs. My favorites right now are a couple Leslie Sansone Walk away the Pounds DVDs that I just got. I love them!! They're high intensity and make me feel great!!
