Thanks for stopping by my blog. As for the dressing, the guy there makes a low carb one with minced garlic, greek yogurt and peeled cucumber. The cucumber has a high water content so it makes it watery and so it drips into all the salad, so each bit has some. It is like a watery tzatziki. Some places add dill or lemon juice but he keeps his simple and it tastes fine.
