Currently we are in Texas where I teach aerobics 3 days a week. line dancing twice a week, yoga twice a week and a belly dance workout once a week. It keeps me very active but I need to be mindful of my eating!! I can see the pounds are slowly creeping up on me!
I was fortunate enough to be able to 'retire' at 32 from the corporate world and become a Winter Texan aka snowbird. I do teach exercise, line dance and belly dancing but when you love it how can you call it work??
