i had my third baby in november 2011....i usually weigh around 160 i came home from the hospital weighing 199..... i have gotten down to 154 but i would really like to get to 135....i would also like to get back to a point that i feel like i have a good amount of energy every day....and i want to get back into doing more art and writing.
