Healthy and Strong 2011
I lost a lot of weight several years ago and was working out everyday. I was also a professional belly dancer. I was in the process of training for a personal trainer and yoga instructor certification when I got pregnant for a second time. I was in the process of training for a personal trainer and yoga instructor certification when I got pregnant for a second time. I was thin throughout pregnancy and performed belly dance until I was six months preggo. I did not gain weight until I was nursing my baby. Nursing is the best thing you can do for your baby but I was told it would also help me lose weight. Nope, I gained a lot. I now have around 40 pounds that I want to lose. I want to get back into belly dance at some point. My oldest daughter is 10 and my youngest just turned 1 and I want to be strong, fit and healthy for them. I am also planning my wedding ceremony for this October and want to look and feel good. It has been a hard year. My Daddy died two months ago and I have been so depressed. I know he wants me to get healthy as well. Here's to the new year!

My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy this year. I want to feel healthy and energized. I am going to workout almost everyday, drink lots of water, take my vitamins, work on my self esteem and confidence, do lots of inner and spiritual work, and eat right. I want to be healthy, confident, happy, and fit for myself, my kids, and my fiance.
My Program:
I am working out everyday. I usually do a workout video during the weekdays with my fiance and on the weekends I go to the gym to workout on the elliptical machine. My fiance and I are starting the Power90 workout now as well. Hopefully we will be able to keep up. My workouts also consist of: walking, belly dance, weight lifting, pilates, yoga, and more.
