Hey teammate! Thanks for the comment and goodie. I do plan to have a nice weekend even though I will be reading chapters for my next class which starts Monday. And doing my workouts, of course. I am taking Fridays off as far as workouts go because I need at least one day off a week to regain my strength.
Thanks for your contributions this last week also. I will try to add more time to my workouts, too, when homework allows. That is a great idea. I hope we get more participation out of the rest of our team this week. I have a hard time tracking my food and staying in range, but I will make a special effort this week.
