Hi! Thank you for my big hug and I send one in return. I was away this past week visiting my friend Emma in NJ. It's hard when I am away to get in as much exercise as I would like and I too intend to increase my exercise time. Have a good 2nd week into our Challenge.

Hey teammate! Thanks for the comment and goodie. I do plan to have a nice weekend even though I will be reading chapters for my next class which starts Monday. And doing my workouts, of course. I am taking Fridays off as far as workouts go because I need at least one day off a week to regain my strength.

Thanks for your contributions this last week also. I will try to add more time to my workouts, too, when homework allows. That is a great idea. I hope we get more participation out of the rest of our team this week. I have a hard time tracking my food and staying in range, but I will make a special effort this week. Have a great weekend, too, and I'll see you around the message boards.
