Weight loss and esp. exercise have always been a struggle. I love to eat and hate to exercise! I am doing it though and now that I am at my goal I am determined no matter how uphill it gets I will persevere. I love being slim more than I hate to exercise. I do still have a struggle to get moving most days. I can go to my closet and look at my size 4 jeans and get my butt moving. I am starting to experiment with different kinds of exercise. The Fit, Firm, & Fired Up DVD is what got me started. Anyone can do 10 minutes a day (even me)! Today I will start trying to learn the Zumba moves. I am not very graceful so I may wind up in a wheel chair with 4 casts. Hell if ya don't at least try you will never know. I usually do at lest 1.5-1.75 hours of exercise a day now. I would NEVER have believed I would be in this shape and willing to work out even 2 years ago. Funny how things work out!!! Good luck. If I can do this anyone can.
