My Goals:
weight around 150pounds
Be able to run, bike and other things without straining my lungs. be a size 8 again.
wear cute clothes that I own but never wore.
And when I reach this challenging but attainable goal, Ill consider setting new ones.

My Program:
Drinking more water, counting calories (ive never done it before) and STICKING to a healthy work out routine.
Having buddies to do this with.

Hey, thanks for the comment! Overcoming past habits is definitely the hardest part about losing weight, in my opinion. When you have these things ingrained in you for so many years you can't just wake up one day and forget about all of it!

Best of luck to you as you face your obstacles. Trust me, you can totally do it with some perseverance and patience!
