Time for thin me!

I'm 22, I quite like my body but would like it even more if it was a little bit trimmer and it didn't wobble so much! If I keep eating huge meals and lots of chocolate, I will get fat: fact! So I've decided it's time to stop starting a diet every Monday and breaking it before Tuesday begins.

My Program:
I'm still sorting out my weightloss program! At the moment, I'm cutting portion sizes and making more sensible food choices (e.g. fruit and meringue instead of chocolate, jacket or mash instead of chips...).

And, of course, exercise. I play netball twice a week and will be running once the weather isn't so damn cold! I'm a wimp, I know. Also do pilates/stability ball once a week and sittups at least 4 times a week.

My name's Naomi, I live in England. I'm a teaching assistant at a primary school. I will be starting my teacher training in September (very excited!). I live with my boyfriend and our puppy, Kaya.

My interests: Playing piano, netball, reading, walking, I'm stupidly addicted to Farmville! And I love food!

Hey I'm looking for a buddy so I dont go to wendy's like I did today . ARRGG! I do pretty well with keeping track of food and I'm at the gym 5 days a week. But I get tired and sometimes i would just rather stay home and go to sleep early but I know the LBS wont melt off that way. So A little motivation would be great. emoticon

Hey new buddy :) Glad to have someone to get motivated with.

Here is what Im working on:
On Tuesday I started walking the dog for 1-2 miles with my husband. We are going to try and do that every day since we don't get any exercise otherwise. Another person on here suggested that we pay ourselves when we lose weight and have to pay when we gain weight... I think we might start that as well. If there is one thing I love more than food its SHOPPING! so having my personal money taken away for gaining weight is atleast good motivation to stay away from the cookies... and getting a little bit more money for doing great and actually losing weight, well, that will hopefully be good incentive too. Im also going to start drinking atleast 6 cups of water a day. I usually drink about 2-3 cups of anything a day so this will be hard on me but good for me.

What are your daily goals? I think sometimes the little things we can check off daily help us feel better when we flake out on the bigger things or attack that snack that has been calling our name :)

Thank you for visiting my page. Thank you so much for the support!!!! I made it through and not one did I eat!!!!! I am proud to have endurne. Maybe Bowling is my next thing to add to my list of exercises.
