Hey I'm looking for a buddy so I dont go to wendy's like I did today . ARRGG! I do pretty well with keeping track of food and I'm at the gym 5 days a week. But I get tired and sometimes i would just rather stay home and go to sleep early but I know the LBS wont melt off that way. So A little motivation would be great. 2290 days ago
Hey new buddy :) Glad to have someone to get motivated with.
Here is what Im working on: On Tuesday I started walking the dog for 1-2 miles with my husband. We are going to try and do that every day since we don't get any exercise otherwise. Another person on here suggested that we pay ourselves when we lose weight and have to pay when we gain weight... I think we might start that as well. If there is one thing I love more than food its SHOPPING! so having my personal money taken away for gaining weight is atleast good motivation to stay away from the cookies... and getting a little bit more money for doing great and actually losing weight, well, that will hopefully be good incentive too. Im also going to start drinking atleast 6 cups of water a day. I usually drink about 2-3 cups of anything a day so this will be hard on me but good for me.
What are your daily goals? I think sometimes the little things we can check off daily help us feel better when we flake out on the bigger things or attack that snack that has been calling our name :) 2304 days ago
