Come on girlie it is time to wake Candyland back up! I just posted a challenge for July and I hope you can participate. All you have to do is track your workouts daily. We need to get back to encouraging and motivating each other. That was our key to success and I know we can get that back if we are all committed.
It's not to late to come and join the CARAMEL CANDY CUTIES MARCH MILEAGE CHALLENGE! This month we will be tracking our mileage. You can continue to do whatever activity that works best for you. You can bike, jog, walk, treadmill, elliptical or whatever else you can think of. But make sure you keep track of how many miles you complete after each workout. And remember the title of "Candy Girl of the Month" will be on the line again, so give it your all!! So get "Marching"
