Hi BELLA: I want to encourage you to use all the sites here. Everything in here will help you to lose weight and making friends will help you to have motivation. When you feel you don't have the strength to go on; write in the blog site and any person of SparkPeople, including me, will write to you to help you in the journey to lose weight and to cheer you up. I know you can do it. First is not easy; but is only the start. If like a person in a detox program (detox is not only for drug addict), when he/she start is hard; but after hours the person will feel better. First baby steps and then you can run a mile and more. emoticon emoticon emoticon You won't be alone. GOD BLESS YOU.
