My Primary goal is to get and remain healthy and active thereby motivating my child to do the same.
FIrst goal of actually having a working pedometer has been met.
Second goal is to hit 500 steps every day for a week.
Right now I've started by tracking everything I eat, and starting to move towards exercise.
Ok I'm parking the car farther away from places than i normally do, but at some point I need to get back into the ymca and start once again with the weight training. For now I'll settle on getting a new battery for the pedometer.
I live in Upstate NY where the snow is deep and the summer lasts a week.
Have been a vegetarian for 20+ years.
