It makes me so sad to see the number of people who make a Sparkpage and then QUIT. How do I know? Because I come back later to check on how they have done, and the page is just like it was when they started or maybe they've logged that they lost 4# and then ZILCH. Honestly, at this point in your life, nothing is more important than taking care of your physical and emotional health. I've signed into Sparkpeople every day for 140 days and I'm here for the long-haul, because I know I will never get younger, but I can fight getting "old." It takes effort, but Sparkpeople has so much support, that I know I can do it. That thumbnail photo is of fat-old-me at the gym doing SOME exercise. You can do this. DO NOT QUIT!
