Hey, just wanted to stop by and give your a shout! Thank you for reading my blog, support means so much to me! And look at you, already down 21 pounds, woo-hoo keep it up!

Thanks for adding me as a friend. You haven't listed your goals yet but I am sure you are here for support and because you want to do something bout your weight. I was there before too. I finally realized it was bigger than looks and realized that I was putting my health on the line everyday, I was slowly killing myself with food and I was losing who I was behing what I have become.

I don't know where your at in this journey, one thing I can say for sure, you are not alone. SPARK people is a wonderful place to begin, there is motivation, inpsiration, knowledge, support and the list goes on and on.

If you need anything at all, I am only a page away. I also want to share something that I read on SPARK:

"Forgive yourself. Health and weight issues dont result from one small mistake during a 24 hour period; its what you do day after day; time ater time that really counts."

No matter what happens, you have to pick yourself up and keep working towards your goals and you will succeed.
