My daughter is my light of life!

Now that my daughter is here, losing the pregnancy weight is top goal, along with keeping it off and more.

Knowing that I am staying healthy for her means so much to me, and I will be able to do more than a lot of people I know.

I am not the size of the women in my family, but I don't ever intend to be any less than my high school weight. I have this chance to do awesome things, and do not ever have to constantly have that problem of the 'big' gene.

Fitness Minutes: 7,693

My Goals:
To use the treadmill as a warm up for up to 20 minutes, then use the elliptical for up to 30 minutes or more.

Goal 1: to get my backside down to a size 8

Goal 2: to get my belly down to be able to zip my size 12 jeans up

Goal 3: to fit into regular clothes and not maternity clothes!

My ultimate goal is to jog a mile - no stopping - a nice easy pace :)

My Program:
During my pregnancy, I exercised as much as my body would allow, which was one of the smartest things I've done.
I think working out really helped me keep mobile - otherwise I would have stuck to the couch and gained twice the weight.

Once I reach all of my goals I will be able to pack away the maternity clothes!!

Personal Information:
I moved to Brooksville in August 2009. I love Florida, but do not intend to stay here my whole life.
I worked at a law firm to support my husband who was in law school and now is a state attorney.
Now I am a stay at home mom and love it!!

Other Information:
I'm a very motivational person - I love Anything positive, and I love helping people and listening to them.
An exercise partner would be EXCELLENT - I love walking, talking and connecting with someone. I had a motivator, but I need someone there at least once every day to help me.

HI! I haven't been around in awhile. School consumed me! Sorry! Congrats on the baby! Hope to see more pictures and I do want to get together sometime if we ever get the time...

Saw your intro on Fit and Oganized and noticed you aren't far. I'm in Citrus County. Welcome to the team and congrats to you both on the new baby. Have a great day and good health to you.

I’m just cruising around spreading some motivation!

“Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living, and your belief will help create the fact.” ~ William James

“When we long for life without difficulties, remind us that oaks grow strong in contrary winds and diamonds are made under pressure.” ~ Peter Marshall

“Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that this thing must be attained.” ~ Marie Curie

Have a healthy week!
