Time to get with the program and stop making excuses. Want to stick to a exercise program and lose weight. Jumping in full force.

hey, welcome to Spark...I like to get my exercising done early in the morning or I'm afraid I won't get to it. As far as meals for us, i try and plan ahead with a weekly menu. A slow cooker is great for me to use as I home school the kids. I try and give them as many fresh fruits and veggies as I can throughout the day.
