Hoping working out I don't have any :) My name is Lucia and I'm 28 yrs old. I have always been a big girl ever since I was little. In high school I was between 180-200 lbs and a size 16. When I got married in 2006 I was 219 lbs and a size 18. 12 weeks after having my son I had the Mirena put in and I gained so much weight! In 2008 a year after my son was born I was at my heaviest 243 lbs which I was miserable. I decided before I started trying for my second baby I needed to lose some weight so I dropped 20 lbs and I just recently had my 2nd baby in November 2009. I have lost all my baby weight (in 2 weeks thank you breastfeeding!) which was only 15 lbs putting me at my technical starting weight of 223 lbs which was my pre-pregnancy weight. So I'm ready to get in shape and be a super hot momma! Recently had a miscarriage on June 4th so starting over...

Treadmill programs My starting weight is 218 and size 18/20. * My first goal is to lose 24lbs and be under 200 lbs! * To be out of the obese BMI category!!!! *179 lbs would put me at overweight *149 lbs in the normal *131 lbs in the middle of normal
My Program:
First I started off with.... No sugar No high fructose corn syrup No trans fats No saturated fats Nothing enriched Just trying to eat healthy, workout and I'm doing treadmill programs.... Bringing my lunch to work everyday, including having healthy snacks packed. I try to eat every 2 hours.

My Name is Lucia I'm 28 yrs old I'm from Winder, Georgia, close to Athens GO DAWGS :) I'm married to my wonderful husband Michael of almost 4 years have 2 kids, my son is almost 3 and my daughter is almost 7 months. I recently miscarried baby number 3 on June 2nd.
