I live in Lake Havasu City Az . Big change from growing up in Calif. I am married. I turned the Big 50 this year. I have Four Grown Children. Three sons and one daughter. Oh I dont want to forget my granddaughter she is 4 going on 20! Or she thinks she is!!! I have been blessed with the most wonderful kids in the world! A lot is changing in my life. My youngest son graduated from high school. So I guess its my turn to take care of myself. Never thought I would think that, but I think it has something to do with that age thing! I still work I Love my job because I get to talk!!! I am a hairstylist. I was a stay at home mom. When my son was in 3 rd grade I got my license to do hair. It was only going to be a part time job and now I own my own Salon. Doing hair is hard on the body believe it or not. My arthritis doesnt help either. So now its time to make this a lifetime commitment, working out!
Hey there. Thanks for the comment on my blog...again! haha. I love love love the pizza! It is amazing that you can make low carb pizza crust! I check myself everyday on those ketostix and I am right where I should be every single time! I like the cauliflower one too but it is a bit mushy. Very very tasty tho. Experiment with the spices too. I make Itallian and Mexican pizza crust by simply adding the spices to make them so. The cauliflower dough makes awesome lazanga noodles! Don't forget to do your three days of VLCD before doing the no starch and no sugar tho.
