Keep it moving everyday, think positive thoughts...there's no room for beating up on your self and getting all negative either!! BELIEVE that YOU CAN DO IT!!! It really does start in your head!!

My Goals:
1. Exercise daily......at least 20 minutes.

2. Keep where I'm at or lose a little more....no more than 5# though!

3. Eat sitting down ONLY!

4. Talk out loud.....to myself (when I'm alone) POSITIVE WORDS ONLY.

5. Continue to remind myself that I AM WORTH IT!

6. Drinking 8 cups of water.....at least daily.

7. Get on the treadmill and/ or elliptical at least 15 minutes 3x a week.

My Program:
I'm so glad I rejoined TOPS in September and having the scale to be accountable to and the great support there helps too!! I really watch my portions and usually if I talk on the phone, I will ride my stationery bike, get on the treadmill, or go for a walk!!







Personal Information:
I am married....going on 34 years in April to a great guy, have two wonderful adult kids.

We also have a little black cat, named Bella, who is just a little joy to me.


I have had some back/calf problems since 08, had the spinal decompression, but then fell so I still am having problems, but not as severe and find Yoga and deep, slow stretches really help a lot. Also I think REMOVING the last 22# has helped, unless I overdo it with housework, bending, moving furniture!!

I firmly believe in the Lord.....He is a huge part in my life; don't know where I would be if I couldn't talk to Him daily; I really lean on Him!! He is my strength, especially in tough times!!

I teach RE (religious education)...2nd graders 1x weekly and I absolutely love the little ones; they are such little sponges!!

I am also in the Red Hat Society and was asked two years ago to join the Royal Board, which I am happy to be a part of!!


Other Information:
I love to watch romantic comedies and health shows, like the Dr. Oz show...tape it if I can't watch it, read mostly self help books, enjoy watching/listening to Joyce Meyer......a real down to earth preacher. I usally do my step aerobics or deep stretches for my back while she is on tv.

Hi thanks for the flowers. I dropped myself from being the co-team leader on our Cat Lovers team. I was neglecting the new comers so didn't feel I was a good team leader. Plus my brother passed away and I was all over the board, do I want to be on spark, spend the time, etc. I'm finally coming back to reality. I'll see about getting added back. Thanks!

Thank you for the Goodie! The flowers are beautiful; what a n ice way to start my day.

At least you have BEEN a KOPS - Five pounds isn't bad; you'll get KOPS status back soon. I, on the other hand may have plateaued after 8 weeks of losses. Weigh-in is tonight so we'll see. I have yearned for a chance to say that KOPS pledge so I'm not giving up----EVER!

TOPS members are the BEST encouragers ever! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my sparkpage. Back trouble is no fun. I do think I feel a little less pain shooting down my leg today. I've already got an ice pack on my back. Today I'm supposed to behave and sit still. I love to walk so that's hard for me. The doctor does want me to walk but just take it easy for the first few days. Enjoy your day! emoticon
