Slow and Steady Wins the Race. Right? Right?

Over the past five years I've learned a lot about nutrition and how it affects my body. I've managed to lose a little bit of weight and even keep most of it off. But it's been taking me way too long due to inconsistency.
I recently had a new baby so is there a better time to start losing then now? I'm going to go with no, since getting fatter doesn't sound like fun at all.

My Goals:
My goals are to build consistency in good habits.
I would also like it if someone thought it was shocking that I've had two kids b/c I look so stunning. I definately have my work cut out for me.

My Program:
In addition to staying in my calorie range I'm currently working on getting my fiber and sodium in range consistently. Calcium is on deck. (it's a sports analogy)
For fitness I am getting at least 40m of cardio a day and at least 3 or 4 days of weight training.
