My Goals:
To be able to lose enough pounds to be able to jog comfortable without my knees and back killing me .
My second goal is to finally get out of the 200 pound range, I have not weighed below 200 pounds for at least 10 years now, and I would like to get rid of these dreaded extra pounds!
My Program:
I am trying to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day, allowing myself one day that i can indulge in any sweet that i have been craving. And i am walking 30-60 minutes every day, and doing strength training with weights every second day. I am also trying to get up my endurance in jogging while i am walking.
Personal Information:
My name is Kelly, I am 39years old and live in Northern Michigan, and am originally from ONTARIO CANADA. I married my husband and moved here to michigan from CANADA five years ago and love it. My husband is a parapalegic, and had been for 10 years before i met him. He is my inspiration, he is a very strong willed man and does not let his disability stand in his way of doing anything. My family and I enjoy hunting and the outdoors very much.
