The Journey of a House Wife

I am a 31 year old wife and mother of two girls. I want to lose weight to be healthier, happier and able to keep up with and be there for my girls for as long as possible!

I have a problem with staying motivated. I get excited about what I can do and how I want to look and after a few weeks I get bored or depressed and unmotivated. I love actually going to the gym, but it is difficult to go because hubby is gone so much. I lost 15 pounds and have gained all of it back. I am starting from square one.

I want to feel sexy again. I want to be able to make love to my husband without imagining that i have a victoria's secret model's body. If I have to imagine I look like someone else then i KNOW my husband does.

I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror again without disgust. I want to be able to try on clothes without wanting to throw up from the stress of it.

I want to be happy again.

My Program:
I'm starting slow. Going to give up sodas. I have a serious addiction to coca cola which will make it hard but i am optimistic. I also want to work on my cardio as much as possible before i start strength training. I want to get the kinect for my xbox and start using it for exercise!!!

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mom to two angel babies. I love my husband and girls more than life itself and I am doing this for them.

Other Information:
I love to read and am a huge fan of The Twilight Saga and anything by Nora Roberts/JD Robb. I love television and movies. I am an actress and love theatre as well. I love to sing and miss being a part of musical theatre!!!
