Well the WOW team disintegrated :( it was a good group, too. I was MIA for several months with projects, depression, eating stupidly, etc.... but when I think of WOW, I think of you. How are you? Tips to beat that summer heat! 1. Exercise early morning or later in the day. 2. Hydrate! Increase your fluid. 3. Ditch the salt: Watch anything with sodium including soft drinks. 4. Summer fruits and veggies are plentiful. Enjoy some new ones! 5. Pop yogurt in the freezer for a cool treat. 6. Fruit smoothies: use frozen fruit in a blender for a great smoothie. You can add a little ice or milk to taste.
