Ah! So many goals! More or less I want to be healthy and be a healthy weight!

My Program:
So I'm going to eat smaller portions! And exercise (starting with 10 mins a day, everyday!) and quit smoking.... this is going to be the hard one.

Hey Hannah glad your here. When I first started it seemed that everytime I took a step forward I wound up going back 3 steps, but it does pay off I promise. It just takes time and patience. It is especially hard for college students (I'm currently going for teaching) I found what helped me alot is after I invested into my wii and wii fit. I usually do about 1 hr every other day and usually the same time so my body gets adapted to doing this. This does everything and keeps track of everything for you and its fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend this, but above all you have to have the drive to do this and I know you can. Don't hesitate to drop by my page and if you need any advice or just helped be motivated just ask!!! emoticon
