As for the book, I happen to have both. The extreme allows you to have more/different foods than the regular, and with the extreme there isnt really a detox like the regular fat smash book.
In the xtreme book it says that it is for those who want to lose the weight faster than the regular fat smash book and in a healthy manner. I just want to do the detox so I can lay off the nuts/sweets and breads for a while. Also, the xtreme diet is a program of 3 cycles, each cycle lasting a week. The regular starts out with a 9-day detox, and then slowly allows you more foods, but I just want to do the detox. Have you read any reviews about the books? 2194 days ago
