The Amanda I want to be

Hey! I'm Amanda. I am 22, will be 23 in February. I started my weight loss journey a few years ago. I did well for a long time, dropping 40 lbs. Then I let life get in the way. I started stressing more & eating more. I gained back 26-27 lbs. I couldn't believe I let myself slip so badly. I have been at 167 for over a year now and I am tired of it. I need to get back on track & I know spark was the key the first time around. Hopefully it will be this time as well.

My Goals:
~Weigh 125.
~Eat right & track my calories
~Journal everyday
~Exercise 5 times a week
~Stop starting over
~Manage stress better
~Try new kinds of exercise

My Program:
Starting today I will track my calorie intake. I will also make sure that I get in enough exercise. I want to go for a long, brisk walk at least twice a week. I want to do strength training 3 times a week and add extra cardio when I can. I want to start replacing my unhealthy habits with healthy ones.

Personal Information:
I live near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Other Information:
I love Biggest Loser. I don't like to go to gyms but to work out at home or outside. I do workout videos from the Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, kickboxing, yoga, circuit training. and kettlebell workouts. Outside I like to swim, hike, walk, and go kayaking.
