PUMP IT UP
I had a baby 1 year ago. I don't have a gym, so I stay in shape with activities around the house and outdoor recreation. Plus the occasional Zumba class. I stopped caring about the number on the scale. I stopped dieting like a girly girly and started training like an athlete. I'm building muscle, loosing fat, and fueling up for strength training and cardio workouts. I want to get in the best shape of my life and get RIPPED before talk of baby #2.
