Hi, my name is Bekka. I have been married for ten years (been with my husband for 15 though), I have a 7 year old little girl, Gabriella Kendall (she goes by Ella) and a one year old baby boy- Deagan Kendrick who has stolen my heart. They are my entire world, I live and breathe them every second!
I thought I should update here after an incredible year on SP :) I have lost over 100lbs!! My life is completely different and I am living in a wonderful dream world now :) I am shocked that I have done this, it hasnt sunk in yet...but IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT! I have never liked 'healthy' food, I hate to break a sweat...and I DID IT!!!! Here's to 2010 and at least 40 more lbs gone :) I love my Sparklers and DONE GIRLS..you know who you are and I can't do this without you!!! I have been given SO

Eat proper portions(measure everything) and journal them on SP everyday. (1100-1200 calories per day)
Make better choices to fit within those calories
Cardio 5-6 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes (goal of 300 minutes a week)

Hey! Not fractured! Yay! Just a bad sprain. I can now swim and bike and next week I can do low impact aerobics and gradually get back into TKD. I need to get back on it BIG time! How are you doing?

Hey! I find out today if it's fractured. I am sucking big time too! Being back from vacation and having this bum foot has put me on a crazy train! I am eating like crap and drinking at night and cannot seem to find motivation! I just want to exercise again to burn some real calories so I can eat what I want! We gotta get our mojo back! I will spark you after the drs visit today! Hang in there!

I know...I am so mad! It might be a stress fracture but we won't know unless we do an MRI so I gotta wear this thing for a week and then if it still hurts, it's MRI time. In the meantime I found some seated chair workouts so at least I can do that. I found a cool one on you tube: Jessica smith chair workout. It's almost 40 minutes so at least I can try to keep up my stamina and strength. Enuf about me...whats up with you? How are things? What was going on last week? You mentioned a lot going on...everything ok? I am trying to eat 1600 calories again but it's gonna drive me crazy!

Hey! I am back! My foot is in a boot and no exercise not even stationary bike for 1 week :(. So...at least I am trying to stay within 1600 calories. How r you doing?

Hey there! Sorry I have been off the grid for a few days. We had company visit at the beach house so I have not had time to spark...I am going to try and go back and remember what I ate! Hah! I may just start over today. I hurt my foot doing the fitness classes that I joined :(
I am going to go to the gym though and just ride the stationary bike. Grrrrr. I think I pulled a tendon in the top of my foot.
