Hi, my name is Bekka. I have been married for ten years (been with my husband for 15 though), I have a 7 year old little girl, Gabriella Kendall (she goes by Ella) and a one year old baby boy- Deagan Kendrick who has stolen my heart. They are my entire world, I live and breathe them every second!
I thought I should update here after an incredible year on SP :) I have lost over 100lbs!! My life is completely different and I am living in a wonderful dream world now :) I am shocked that I have done this, it hasnt sunk in yet...but IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT! I have never liked 'healthy' food, I hate to break a sweat...and I DID IT!!!! Here's to 2010 and at least 40 more lbs gone :) I love my Sparklers and DONE GIRLS..you know who you are and I can't do this without you!!! I have been given SO
much love and support through Sparkpeople and not only is this the year I hope to get close to my goal weight, it is also my year to PAY IT FORWARD! Email me if you need some help, advice, motivation, support, or friendship! I am here to help you, like everyone has helped me!!

Eat proper portions(measure everything) and journal them on SP everyday. (1100-1200 calories per day)
Make better choices to fit within those calories
Cardio 5-6 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes (goal of 300 minutes a week)

Muttling thru...I really lost my mojo! Sigh...I just don't want summer to end :(...not sure why I think being healthy is a punishment. Gotta change my mind set! I think I will exercise tonight even for just 15 min to do something! I will prob. Feel better then. I will try to check in with you b4 bed. M

How did you do? Another day of 1200 calories or a half marathon?
I managed to stay under my calories burned! 12 little calories under but I did it!

I am so in! I have GOT to back on track and get OUT of vacation mode! Perfect timing bc this week I am getting the family back on routine to gear up for school. I started wearing my Jawbone Up bracelet again so I am constantly reminded to keep moving and eat 1700 calories or less.

Hey! Ok, we can do this! My goal is to try to get to the 180s by October. I have not even weighed myself bc I don't wanna know! My size 14's still fit so I will weigh in at the end of August. If I am below 195 I will have a big reward planned then I will map out my journey to the 180's during Sept and October. Then the 170's by Feb and the 160's by June. My God, that would put me back in a size 10. Haven't been there since I was married! Then 15 pounds from goal weight! Chunking it out like this seems less daunting.
Your tracker looks really good...take it one meal at a time!

I'm back...tired of eating out of control...I am stopping the crazy train b4 my size 14 clothes (which I worked hard to get back into) get tight! I am DONE...in a good way. Your zucchini chips recipe inspired me! Thank you! Xoxoxo
