I'm 5'0, small Latina :) *Went from 156 to 125 lbs. = 31 lb. weight loss! went from BMI 30.5 (OBESE) to 23.8 (NORMAL!!!) *Size 10/12 to 2/4 *waist 36 inches to 26 inches *36D bra to 34B (oh well) ;) *hating running (which I still am not a complete fan) to running 3 5K's (thats my limit) :) Cardio 3-4 X week Strength training 4-5 X week Yoga 1 X week atleast 120 g of protein a day NO carbs in the form of whole grains after 3pm calories 1550/day *FLAB to FAB!!! and loving life! What does 2011 hold???? 125-121 lbs currently. New focus: LOSE FAT-GAIN MUSCLE. so I want to lose 5-6 more lbs. of FAT this might take me all year ;) but slow and steady wins the race!

lots of water! High protein (approx. 1 g per lb.) No carbs in the form of whole grains after lunch CLEAN EATING 1500-1650 calories Cardio 3-4 X a week Weights 4-5 X a week Yoga once a week
