We make things to hard on ourselves. I'm back at it again, and I'm 27 pounds away from that original goal I had set for my 45th birthday. Now at 47.5 yrs I have rediscovered my healthy lifestyle mojo that helped me lose those first 60 pounds. To make sure I don't lose it, I have joined Tae Kwon Do. 150, here I come.

update: I did reach my goal, yay me ! But guess what I did then? I stopped. And not only that, but I've put back on 22 pounds. I have a new goal :) And when I reach it this time, I'm not going to stop.

Update: Finally made it over the plateau! YAY Closing in on 60 now. Couldn't be happier :) Don't know if I can hit 80 by June first but I am going to give it my best because I deserve the best!

Update: Still struggling to make those last couple of pounds to the 50 mark. Almost there ... Still have my 30 pounds challenge going for June 1 UGH!

Update: My birthday is 4 days away and I'm 5 pounds from my 50 pound weight loss goal. Maybe if I run a marathon I'll make it! LOL

Hi there, this is my second time here at the Spark. I am back and committed to success. I am 44 and have a goal to shed 50 pounds by my 45th birthday. I know I can do it :)

My Goals:
My goal is to become healthy and fit. I'm not going to focus so much on the scale any more, but on the total picture of well being.


My Program:
My new healthy lifestyle includes natural organic foods and as little processed food as possible. I work out at the gym 5 days a week on average and try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day.
