Iím So Tired of Being Average! Itís Time to Get FABULOUS!

Hello and Welcome to my page! So whatís my story? Well, Iím a 46 year old, happily married woman who has had some amazing health and fitness goals over the years and guess what? I havenít achieved them! Iíve lost weight, Iíve gained weight, Iíve lost fat, Iíve put fat back on, itís the same old story, just a different day, different week and different year.

I havenít achieved them! Iíve lost weight, Iíve gained weight, Iíve lost fat, Iíve put fat back on, itís the same old story, just a different day, different week and different year.

Iím not complaining or whining and I make no excuses for what Iíve done or havenít done. All I know is I donít want to live this life having given up on my dreams! I donít want to have the regret of never achieving the one thing Iíve always wanted. So what is it that I want so badly? I want to be the Fittest Bitch that I can be! My goal is very aggressive; I want to achieve the body of a fitness competitor! I want to lose FAT and build MUSCLE! Just take a look at my page and youíll get the idea of the body that I want to achieve. My ultimate goal would be to ďpossiblyĒ compete in a fitness competition by the time Iím 50. So tick tock, tick tock, the clock is ticking!

I know that my goal isnít everyoneís cup of tea, but thatís okay, Iím not doing it for others, Iím doing this for ME! There are those who will say ďyou canít do thisĒ or, ďyouíre too oldĒ. Oh really, watch me!

My Goals:
As you can see by my motivational pics I like muscle! My ultimate goal is to reduce my body fat. I started at 34% body fat.

I aspire to have the body of a physique competitor. I'm not sure at this time if I actually want to compete, but I love this type of body. Strong, Muscular, Athletic, but there's still some womanly curves.



My Program:
WEIGHT TRAINING:

CURRENT ROUTINE:
Mon: Shoulders
Tues: Arms
Wed: Legs
Thur: Chest
Fri: REST DAY - Yoga
Sat: Back
Sun: Legs

Cardio and/or Yoga included on most lifting days.

I am a 46 year old aspiring Trophy Wife, who's married to the most wonderful man in the world!

I have 3 grown children: 20, 22, 25. (2 biological, 1 step)
