Because I looked all hot tamale when I turned 31 on 11/12/11. Now time to keep working on it :o)
40lbs, Looks like the last 20lbs lost me some upper butt and leg size.

Sometimes we get it right and sometimes we get it wrong. The last two years have really been something. Starting November 2010, when I took my first jogging step at 301lbs to June 2011 when I hit 253, then chaos hit August 2011 and I maintained around 258 for months on end. Fast forward to June 2012 I hit 263, decided it was time to kick start my weightloss again and tried Eat to Live for 2 weeks. It was a success, I got back to down to 258 then stopped. Started eating normal and BOOM I gained 20lbs in one month. (I have to shake my head right now just thinking about it). I started 2013 at 282, lots 17lbs with the 17 day diet and then like always, I stopped trying. By September I was back up to 299. And here we go again, now its May 2014 and I am sitting right back where I was three and half years ago at 301.
Well the plan is to move and eat healthy. That is all there really is. Move and eat healthy. Keep moving, keep eating healthy and success will come.
I have decided this summer will be the summer of healthy activity and foods. My 6 year old and I will be doing a blog called Feasibly Fit and we are going to document our healthy ways. We are going to explore our town and go do something new each week. I will be trying out new exercises (even if its just once). We will be cutting out the junk and trying to eat as best as we possibly can. Time for change is now. I can't live like this any more. Miserable is not the life God intended for me.

I have already had carbs today. Should I start from now or start day one tomorrow and have no carbs?
I ate Oatmeal for breakfast. : )
I ate a salad with Chicken in it for lunch.
I feel that I am doing good today, but I did have that oatmeal. I think I will start it tomorrow! You have me convinced to try it. What will it hurt? It may be easier than I think. I may love it. I can do 17 days! That is not very long at all!

I think I am afraid that I will eat something not permitted and then ruin the diet. I printed off some things that you can eat. I think I will try it.
I didn't buy the book though. Do I need to??

One thing I would suggest is: Keep collecting Spark Friends like candy!! It is calorie free and they always give you something to "chew on"!!
You can just "friend" them...no need to ask. We are friendly and don't bite!
You can find motivation and inspiration from everyone here, even those that are struggling (because you know how they feel!!) Welcome new people, Join teams, blog, join challenges, blog, be excited, blog. And did I mention: blog? The future fabulous you will want to look back at your journey and will want to encourage others!! When the excitement wanes (it WILL!!) put down your pom poms and lurk in the background, (but don't leave and don't do too much damage) and wait for the tide to turn...pick up your oars and keep rowing.

Thank you for your Post. I am going to look into this 17 day diet. I need to do something. I also get carried away with tracking. I tend to be an all or nothing type of girl. LOL

Hahaha...thanks for your honesty. If it weren't for women like you when I first started im not sure I would have kept at it. Women like you inspired me to keep going and push further.
