I'm just going to use this page as a meditation point. When I feel negative and I just need to talk it out, I'll use this instead of the journal.

I'll post some of my journal notes as well but I dunno, maybe there are a lot of people out there who may need to hear that I am going through the same thing as them. :) Support in numbers oui :)

Well just for general Sparkish facts - you can call me Begonian. Its not my name but, its a nice nickname :)

My "official" goal is to lose 50 pounds. However, I really just want to lose enough fat so that I feel a bit happier, look as beautiful as I feel. I'll stop before If I think I should, or I might stop after. Im not being to hard on myself as to the goal. I just to keep consistenlty losing each week.

My main goal is to get my negative thoughts in check, stop bringing myself down and start trying challenges without think/knowing that I'm going to fail. It's like as soon as my weight went up, so did my self doubts! Thats very malo!

So anyway, thats enough.. :)

To learn to love myself as much as I could. To show my love for my family and friends much more. To become closer to God - his love is amazing! He would have never put me through what I'm going through if he didn't think I was strong enough to go through with it. He is showing me my own potential.


My Program:
For my health program i'm incorporating
1. positive thinking and dreams of well-being and great health

2. Joining the university gym where I will use the cardio and strength machines, and use the classes boxercise, spinning and pilates for core strength, stamina, and a good fun work-out
