TIME FOR ME NOW!

As long as I can remember, I was the 'fat' girl. I wasn't usually the fattest girl in class, but I was the second fattest, usually the last one picked for every team in gym class.

As I look back now, I wasn't that unhealthy. I'd sure love to weigh now what I did at 20! I'd be below today's goal weight! But I felt ugly and unlovable all through those years.

I started out at about 15-20 pounds overweight. Gained about 10 pounds per pregnancy, and after 4 kids, I now have ...

As I look back now, I wasn't that unhealthy. I'd sure love to weigh now what I did at 20! I'd be below today's goal weight! But I felt ugly and unlovable all through those years.

I started out at about 15-20 pounds overweight. Gained about 10 pounds per pregnancy, and after 4 kids, I now have 50 pounds excess with me each day. My back hurts all the time, and I get winded after hardly any physcial activity. So far, my heart is healthy and I don't have any major chronic diseases from my obesity, other than hypertension.

I recently remarried, and no longer feel ugly and unloved (I might have a ways to go with the feeling 'ugly' part on bad days).

My kids are mostly grown and I'm ready to take the time for me now. I want to be fit and healthy. I can be fit and healthy.

Thanks for your comment! I think the cheat day is one of the essential parts of my success. If I can't ever indulge, then I'd rather stay fat!

thank you for your kind words they make me feel good about quitting this weight has to go i'm done looking this way i want to change its hard my husband eats everything that he wants and sometimes he will say if u don't eat i'm not gonna get nothing either so then i order something because i know he is hungry BUT I GONNA CHANGE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
