My Goals:
I would simply like to feel fit & healthy.

My Program:
Foremost, I am making better food choices. I'm trying to stoke my body with high nutrient fuel.

Secondly, I'm getting a bit more exercise. Nothing major, but I expect to be able to increase over time.
