I''m Brianne, I''m 37 yrs. old, and have an 18-year-old son and a wonderful fiance. I am a Christian. I''m into ballet and Yoga, and generally being healthy. My Goals:
Get to a healthier weight- my goal (For RIGHT NOW...) is 122 lbs. At current, I am 118 lbs., and 12.5% bodyfat. I am 5'7" tall and was looking very SICKLY for awhile, when I got down to 103 (during school) I knew I needed to do something. =)
YAY!!! I'm 120 lbs., after working long and hard to get to a healthy weight!

My Program:
I alternate my Strength Training days Upper Body one day, Lower the next, I usually work my Abs on the Lower Body days, using pilates, which has given me the most consistent and amazing results. I love Yoga, too.
Resting at least one day a week is necessary, but sometimes I have to make myself rest.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Tri-Cities, WA, and have lived in Spokane for eight years.
I love the outdoor activities that my city has to offer. My fiance and I got custody of our son at the beginning of June, '08, and life could not be better!

Other Information:
I'm a Gemini, pretty much a stereotypical one, at that. I love people, family, and God above all!
I'm a VERY talkative person, and an extremely loyal friend!
