I am doing cardio at least 45 mins each day. Eating small healthy meals through out the day.

Congratulations on your minutes for the week in the DC Sparkers AND more so for your latest 1/2 marathon completion!! You rocked it! We are moving to the DC area (hubby will work in DC we will live in the burbs in Silver Spring) on 1 July. We are members of LA Fitness. Did your Bally's get sucked into an LA Fitness or are you still stand alone? I am a walker. Used to be a marathon and then half marathon walking coach. Then I got foot issues. It's been awhile. I am ready to get back into walking distances. There is a new 1/2 marathon coming to DC in the spring of 2013. Have you heard of it? Nike Women's 1/2. My sisters and I are going to train to do it. Maybe you'd be interested.
