Faith And hope

The Bible
Is the miracle Book of unity
The God-breathed Book that travels more highways,
walks more bypaths,
knocks at more doors,
and speakes to more people
in their mother tongue
then any book of the World.
The bible does not need to be rewritten,
but reread.

The bible is the mirror in which man and women see himself as he really is.

When God seems far away read Psalm 139

When you worry read ...

When you are discouraged read Isaiah 40

When you have sinned. Read Psalm 51: 1John 1

When others fail you read Psalm 21

What you bring away from the bible depends to some extent what you carry to it.

God Bless!

Have a Happy Sparks Day. Take care of you to be haelthy.
Exercise at what is best for you.
It is not how fast you can do it but just to continue to be fit.

My faith in God is what has helped me cope with Jennifer's loss. She was from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Only about 50. Too young to die. She was not on the Over 60 team. We had a private team just the 2 of us due to her having several issues. I took her under my wing. She battled her weight all her life. Her Dad told me that the coroner said she had a pulmosis blood clot in both legs that went to both lungs and broke up into tiny pieces that traveled to her heart causing a massive heart attack.
I can't be active on any team right now. My hsband just had liver surgery and we just got home last night. It will be a long healing time. I have gone through this before when he had triple bypass open heart surgery in 09. The reason for the liver surgery was taht March 4th he had gall bladder surgery that resulted in having a cancerous tumor inside it that had leached thru to the liver. We are just praying that they got all the cancer. We won't know until we get pathology back. Then my 84 yr old Mom landed in the hospital with kidney problems. We found out her left kidney had a cyst on it and the kidney is dead. She can not have surgery due to other health risks and her age. At the same time we found she has a toxic multinodular goiter in her chest that is a 4inch x 4 inch mass and lies right on her thoracic aorta. She also has macular degeneration in her left eye and has a small growth behind her retina that could turn into melanoma. She was due to go to Memphis, TN to have treatments on it when she landed in the hospital. We are hoping to be able to get her over there after they take 2 drains out of her left kidney. I was helping my sister take care of her but now can't until my husband gets completely well. So, you can see I have had and still do have my plate very full.

Beesparkle, I am the one who wrote the blog about losing a spark sister that you commented on. To answer your questions first I am not the leader. Secondly, yes we did have each other's numbers and addresses, thirdly, we even sent each other gifts for Christmas and birthdays even though she lived in Canada and i in USA. We chatted all the time. I even get emails from her parents. That's how I found out. She had told she wasn't feeling well several days ago and I had urged her to go see a doctor. I know you meant well but your comment sounded like I was not a good friend or person Quite the contrary

Thanks for the comment on my page about our trip. We're going to visit friends at both places. I'll be sure and blog about it when we return. Thanks!
