Hi, I'm in my late twenties and have been trying to lose weight for a few years. I am 5ft 7in and currently weigh 198lbs. My ideal weight is 170lbs. I know what I need to do to lose weight, (smaller portions, more fruits, vegetables and protein, exercise, no junk food, lots of water...etc) but I just need motivation and encouragement to make it a little easier. I can do really well with food and exercise for 2-3 weeks, then I go back to the usual. Pastries/Cookies are my weakness... I use ...

I use to be really thin in my younger years and gradually started gaining weight. I have a 2 year old daughter, and ever since I had her, I've been wanting to lose weight and look better for HER. And for MYSELF too of coarse. I want to be a fit, active and healthy mommy to her,so she can follow in my footsteps as she gets older. I am looking forward to reaching my goals and taking any advice from anyone.
