Hi and welcome! You have made the right choice when you joined here. You will find plenty of support and encouragement as well as nutritional and fitness information. If you have any questions or need help with anything just let me know and if I do not have an answer I will get one for you.

Congrats on the releasing of the pounds you have accomplished so far and good luck on the rest of your journey. ( I call it releasing the pounds as opposed to losing them because if they are lost, I might find them again, so I release them into the universe never to be seen again.)

Have a blessed day and I hope to hear from you soon,
Dawn
