New Year, New Cheer

Standing here on the doorstep of 2009 there seem to be so many possibilities. This year I can reach that goal weight; I can become the 'athlete' I once was; I can expand my horizons; reach my career goals; give more to my family; smell the roses a little more. The possibilities are endless, and I've tried to simplify my goals/resolutions to simple ones that will result in a lifestyle that is conducive to achieving even more lofty goals. Go Go Go!!!

Losing those last few pounds are always more challenging, but small rewards along the way to keep you motivated! Get to business and treat yourself a bit!

I can't wait to get below 160 now that I tackled 170Ville. One step at a time we'll get there!

Hey can you send me the link to your thread? I started a new one because I did a search and nothing came up - I put one on 40 something group and Spark Cafe. Needed new ideas.

Thanks for the comments on my blog... and for reading them.

Having pushed past that 170 mark FINALLY is awesome - now comes my next more 'ambitious' goal of reaching 155 by March 13th. I know it's doable but today - with my PMSing - being a doubter lol..

What a small world we live in. I get so excited when I see some SP closer to where I live... hoping one day to meet some in person. It's great though to have connections throughout the world and makes you realize how we all have a lot in common.

Thank you for reading my blogs - they are my 'therapy' in a sense as I journey through this... having ups and downs and I love your comment about side steps, backwards ones. I feel this am as though I've gone back a bit as the scale is up (darn bad habit of mine weighing in daily). I allowed myself an "OFF" day yesterday but back at it today! So here I start my day with my workout! Girls are in bed sleeping... they got the day off lucky ones!

Take care and thanks again for your note... made my day!

Hey there! Just wanted to check in with you and see how things are going. I noticed your streak of working out at least 30 minutes for over 20 days. Wow! emoticon
Keep up the awesome work! You will have reached your goal in no time!
