Hoping to get fit!

I joined because I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds. My goals are to exercise regularly, to eat healthier, and to cut out constant snacking. I gained 65 pounds during my pregnancy and after two years, still have not lost all of the weight! Would love to kick these remaining pounds, make friends in this community, and develop into a healthier person!!

“Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can't be done.” ~ Bo Bennett

I truly think a positive attitude is half the battle in weight loss. First, we need to believe that we can be successful; then, we need to believe that we DESERVE to be successful! We need to find our own personal “how” to reach our success and to keep trying until we do find it.

I made this for friends who came to lunch the other day and will definitely make it again - easy, healthy, and yummy!
