Time to start living

I've wasted a lot of time being unhappy with myself and missed out on a lot of opportunities, and I'm sick of it. So it's time to really get serious about this and change my life so I can start living it.

My Goals:
To get to a body where I feel comfortable and confidant, where I can shop with ease and enjoy being active.

My Program:
Tracking calories, carbs, fats, protein, and fiber. Walk, dance, and stationary bike for cardio, WiiFit, and Spark strength exercises. Eat in moderation, and focus on whole foods, organic when possible.

Personal Information:
I've been heavy all my life, and have finally completely committed myself to do something about it. I want to look on the outside how I feel on the inside. I want to like myself so I can accept someone else liking me too. I want to sit in a plane seat without feeling like a sardine.

I usually do my weekly weigh in on Monday's so maybe we can do that? I realize that it doesn't give us a full week to do the first week of reading but I'm on summer hours so I work 10 hour days so that's plenty of reading time for me.

Does that work for you?

I think that's a great idea! i was going to start last night but I forgot my kindle at work. From what I've seen, the first week is the first 5 chapters. So maybe we can check with each other every week to see how we've done? How does that sound/

Glad youre back on track!! I'm getting there- slowly but surely! I just need to get back to the basics- counting calories and EXERCISING! Thats the biggest problem. But WE CAN DO IT!!!!
