Loving my body from the inside out

I'm a lover of orange cats, interior design, rock and roll, mermaids, vintage anything, and a boy in corduroy pants.

Trying to retrain myself to eat healthy, reward myself with exercise, and be a good role model for my 14 year old stepdaughter. We've got to practice what we preach!

Thank you for the blog comment! YES! I mean, I have a weight goal, sure, but if I'm not stopping any of my changes when I get there, then it really doesn't matter, does it? It is one of the things that I have learned through my journey this time. That there is no end, no final. There is just healthy living for the rest of my life!

I'll have to look for an insulated water bottle and today at work, I will see if there is an ice cube tray in the freezer.

Thank you for commenting on my blog Proud of me. I've been a member of Planet Fitness before and I loved it. It really is a no judgement zone and they will help you when you need it. Staff was very friendly and it's no difference here. Personal trainer is a free service so I will let you know about that next week since this will be the first time I take advantage of that service.

Thank you for commenting on my blog Hello 2015! I appreciate the support. I used to do a 20 oz bottle of water, but as the day went on, I would drink less because the water would get warm. I don't care for warm water. Even with freezing the bottle at night, it wasn't enough. So how do you keep the water cold in a 32 oz bottle? I also do a 10 oz bottle now because it's lighter which is better for my back and neck. One of the changes the physical therapist had me make was smaller purse and lighter loads to carry.

I carry a purse, a bag with my shoes in it, and lunch box every day. I'm thinking of leaving the shoes at work like some people do so I can knock it down to 2 bags because I won't be able to bring books and other things to do at lunch time because I will be working out instead. I left the small pack with my gym stuff at work so I won't have to carry that to and from work. I plan on bringing that home on weekends so I can switch out the clothes. I don't sweat while working out and that's with wearing them over my thermal underwear. I'm kind of a freezie and my body temps are generally low.

However, you make a good point of easy to track how much I'm drinking. I figure I could bypass one obstacle by leaving the bottle at work, but how do I get through the second one?
